php: FastCGI client

I need a FastCGI client to manage communication between my own Webserver-Application and a php-processor, compiled for FastCGI. My Application - made with 4D(4th dimension) - can make calls to any .exe files, or provide a socket-based communication. It will deliver the php script-path and parameters, receiving back the processed script and error code. My application is installed on the customers PC as a compiled program that is used through browsers. The client needs to run on WIN / MAC. It could be written in realbasic, but that is not mandatory. I have found an open-source client that could be the basis for my client.
