Turnkey Websites Needed ASAP

URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT I would like to start a turnkey website business and as such am in need for some non-buggy turnkey sites that I may offer to my customers, resell on eBay, etc. I would prefer that these sites are non-affiliate but a couple would be okay. PHP is preferred, but a couple of Perl is okay too. I want the winner of the auction to also create for me a website that I can put the scripts on. This will also require you to design my logo and maybe 5 to 10 banners. I would like to see demos of the scripts prior to payment. Source code must be viewable on the scripts. Prozilla scripts will NOT be accepted. When you bid please state the type of scripts you can provide. If things go well I would be willing to contract you for recurring work. Also, I am looking for the types of sites found at dotcombuilder. I do not need the programmer to integrate designs as I can do that easily myself. Thanks!
