Backlinks

I need 60 permanent backlinks created 1) Links must be from Pages with PR >= 1 (not homepage, but actual page linking must have PR >=1) Also, would ideally like: a) Atleast 5 links from PAGE with PR >= 5 b) Atleast? 10 links (including above 3) from PAGE with PR >= 4 c) Atleast? 20 links (including above 5) from PAGE with PR >=3 Remaining 25 links have to be from PAGE with PR >= 1. 2) All links must be processed by search engines within 1 month from your submission. This timeline is important to me. (I will release 50% after the project is complete, 50% 1 month after project completion, provided all links become visible by that time).
