10 PR3 Links To An Ecommerce Website

Hi there, I am looking for a 100% WHITE HAT SEO to work with me on a number of different websites. This is a small TEST project designed to help me find the right person. Here are the details: I would like you to build 10 quality PR3 (or above) backlinks to an ecommerce store over a period of 3 WEEKS. By 'quality' I mean the following: - the links must be 'do follow' - the links should be on sites related to shopping, men's fashion, leisure or lifestyle. - the links must be permanent, conventional TEXT LINKS that link directly to the target website - no redirects, iframes, javascript etc - the links must be located on pages which have been INDEXED by Google. - the links must be located on pages with less than 15 outgoing links - NO link directories, link farms, guest books or social bookmarking. - Links must come from sites with ORIGINAL & UNIQUE content - no scraper or dynamically generated websites. - No links from any adult, gambling, warez or spam sites - Links must each come from a UNIQUE IP address, a UNIQUE DOMAIN, and the domains must have UNIQUE REGISTRATION DATA. Duplicate registration data is only acceptable when involving a common proxy registrar such as Domains By Proxy. - Absolutely NO BLACK HAT techniques whatsoever. Please bear in mind that I know SEO myself, so will be able to tell immediately if any of the above requirements have not been met To begin with, the links should be built at a rate of NO MORE THAN 3 or 4 a week. At the end of each week I would like a report detailing the exact location of each link. This is just to be sure that there have been no misunderstandings. In the future, if all goes well, you will be free to work much faster and can send reports on a monthly basis instead of weekly. Before awarding this project I may ask you for information regarding your SEO methodology - including examples of past websites you have worked on.
