Website optimisation - 1

I'm looking for a SEO company which is willing to work on a pure pay for performance basis. This means that - you will agree to which key phrases to optimise for a given website - you will start on-page and off-page optimisation without any upfront fees - you will be paid per key phrase per month for position 1-5 and 6-10 on [login to view URL] - the position for each key phrase will be determined once a month Qualified conditions - you must have at least 10 active SEO clients and be able to prove that you have managed to get at least 2 competitive keywords on page one of [login to view URL] for each of the 10 SEO clients - you must be willing to allow me to contact your existing clients for references - you must be able to write perfect English - you must be able to meet agreed deadlines (VERY IMPORTANT) IF YOU CAN'T WORK THIS WAY OR FULFILL ALL THE CONDITIONS THEN PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BIDDING. I already have several clients coming on board shortly so bid in confidence. The key phrases are Car valeting Mobile car valeting Car polishing Car cleaning Car valeting French Riviera I don’t want to post the website here but it will be given upon request. It has had no optimization before. Please bid for how much you want for the 5 key phrases above per month assuming they had all reached position 1-5 on google.com. Obviously the cost for positions 6-10 is different but will have to be agreed during the bidding process.
