Shopify App developer

I am looking to make an app for Shopify (public) that will allow brand owners to offer their products on other Shopify websites. The app should control the inventory, automatically collect payment, and allow store owners to make some adjustments on the product page beside the SKU. Regarding the inventory we need to make sure it will synced with all websites. For example: If sold in many Shopify stores it should deduct from Brand owner inventory. For example: if a brand owner has 500 items from 1 SKU in stock. If all store owners sold 480 it means the brand owner should have 20 in stock. Once the brand owner sold out it will be sold out all over the other sites. After completing the app I want to copy it for Joya Mia so it will look unique only to our brand Joya Mia. Functionality: We need the admin panel for brand owners, store owners , and master admin to show all sales, history, payments, and commissions earned. And control the app and make adjustments and support. Brand Owner Admin:   1.     Registration and sign up. 2. pick a plan 3.     Select which products to be shared or select entire catalog and setup prices manually. Create price lists by selecting specific products and able to setup different price point also rename the lists on backend. 4.     Setup price per item or by %. This price will be deduct from the store owner account after each order 5.     Once order was paid on store owner it will automatically charged by the brand then moved to brands Shopify order system. 6.     Must track inventory. If sold in many shopify stores it should deduct from Brand owner inventory. For example: if a brand owner have  500 items from 1 sku in stock. Once brand owner sold out it will be sold out all over. 7.     Brand owner Should have an admin panel to see how many stores / partners he got. Sales, how much sold per day, week, month and year, fully reports. 8.     In case of cancellation request, need to refund/cancel the order and remove from shopify store and brand owner.             Shopify store Owners: 1.     Register to the system. Free to use 2.     Add payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Strip) to pay to brand owner. 3.     Can select which products to import. 4.     Can setup the price manually or in bulk per item/s, or enter desired % . Profit should show as well to see what profit they will make from each item. 5.     Can change the title, product description, or any other field but NOT the SKU. The SKU must stay the same as the brand owner site, so we know what to ship. 6.     Publish products to their Shopify store or able to publish to a specific collection (need to select which). 7.     Should have an admin panel to see all sales and stats. Modern design with as much information as possible. 8.     Allow canceling orders before it was shipped. Once the order was fulfilled can't refund or cancel.
