The rest to be returned on search results Artists to be given an invisible (db) rating to determine order on page and also for artists to be promoted to a featured artists section Clients to be able to create accounts to track their enquiry: To log in and check the status of their enquiry re: availability, pricing and booking information All content to be completely searchable: 1 x basic search 1 x 'mega' search to include word matching Newsletter option Site must be entirely search engine friendly Operational Staff to be able to: Publish, edit, amend, add new artists easily Receive enquiries and deal with them so client can get info asap Auto advise artists of client interest advising client name, date, location of gig and fee to band Add bookings to system to generate client booking forms, artist contracts, invoices, receipts for performances and deposits/balances Add booking info to system to flag key dates such as 5 days prior to an event, 2 days after an event so staff can email feedback forms or preferably this will be automatic All monies taken as deposit/balance to form some basic accounting.
