US BASED FREELANCERS ONLY ABOUT SPEAKYPEAKY We are a language learning technology startup with the vision to build a world in which people from anywhere can understand one another. For which we strive to form an environment in which non-native English speakers learn English fluently through the internet. Using scientifically proven techniques in dictation and shadowing, our app, Speaky Peaky uses fun and engaging videos to help English learners learn English with an instant feedback system that allows our users to correct their listening and pronunciation skills on the spot. We successfully launched Speaky Peaky for Korean speakers in 2020, and in 2021, we’re looking to expand to other language speakers including Spanish and Vietnamese. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO - Speak and present to promote our product. - Build and manage rich content that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, emails, reports, infographics, etc.). - Build and manage social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. - Optimize marketing automation. - Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers. - Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences. - Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns and run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success. - Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content. - Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI. - Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for our clients’ companies. - Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. - Establish and manage partnerships with influencers - Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about our news and other initiatives to grow our footprint. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree - Authorized to work in the USA - 1+ years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management. - Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform all decisions. - Proficiency in marketing automation and marketing software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers. - In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola. - Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices. - Proficiency in using social media software (e.g. Skedsocial, HubSpot's Social Inbox) to monitor social media conversations. You will be our ear to the ground to route the appropriate marketer, sales rep, and/or support rep to social conversations. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Big bonus - proficiency in either Korean, Portuguese, Vietnamese or Spanish - Past experience building audiences either online or offline. - Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment - Self-starter that is self-motivated with strong collaboration abilities - Ability to build and maintain procedures and workflow - Experience and skills including Figma and blogging REMUNERATION & BENEFITS $3,000 per month will be paid for your service (subject to relevant taxes at source).
