I'm looking for someone who can wear two hats – an Executive Assistant to manage my calendar and logistics efficiently, and a Social Media Manager to handle my online presence effectively. While I am open to candidates from overseas, Manila-based applicants are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistant: Efficiently manage my personal calendar and handle personal and business logistics. Optimize my calendar for productivity, ensuring a smooth and well-organised schedule. Social Media Manager: Manage and post content across Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Adapt and maintain consistency in brand tone and language. Ensure a consistent posting schedule (5-10 hours per week). Provide weekly reporting on social engagement, effectiveness, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Strong understanding of priorities and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Professional and personalised communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of numeracy and proficiency in English, with exceptional attention to detail. Proven experience in social media management, showcasing adaptability in tone and maintaining consistency. Meetings and Expectations: Weekly face-to-face recap meetings (virtual) lasting 1-1.5 hours. Discuss improvements, successes, and challenges from the week. Expected commitment of 15-20 hours per week across both roles. Available for multiple conversations throughout the day.
