ebay template into a userfriendly wizard

i need a very simple wizard software created. my budget is low so please make your offers reasonable i need it for personal use and i would like to make it easier to create my my description template for myself and computer illiterate mother to use. it will be simply put description here... put picture here... put shipping details here.... then it can spit out some html which i can use for ebay.
