1. We need the system to check an extension's voice mailbox for a message. If there is a message in that particular voicemail box, we need the system to dial a schedule extension. Wait for a person to answer and play a predefined announcement letting them know that they have a message and then giving them the option of playing that message. 2. If no one listens to the message left in voicemail: the system should callback the schedule extension every (n) minutes up to (x) number of times. after (x) number of attempts to reach the schedule extension, the system should dial another schedule extension and repeat the process until someone listens to the message left on voicemail. 3. The systems must repeat this process until someone listens to the message left on voicemail.
