Build the technical architecture for a web application

We are a young Fintech specialised in international Payments. We are looking for an experienced architecte to help design and develop a web application with the most recent web 2.0 technologies. The application is designed for customers in the banking payment area and need to implement a solid and secure web architecture. The application must be interfaced with many cloud service partners providers using API protocols.
