We need a piece of software to create a txt file from a QR code. The software will be able to create the text file and save it to a specified location. It will run the whole time and export instantly. Background: The software will be used to create courier labels from delivery addresses printed on packing lists. Our current courier is only able to process incoming consignments from .txt files.

I have just completed an Win 8 app for Dell Computers to use at their Dell Solutions Tour events for delegate registration. The app reads the delegate information via QR codes (the delegate having pre-registered), once the code has been read it then actually registers them as attending the event. The app used honeywell scanners to read the QR code. And of course another major advantage is that I am based in the UK!
