distributed video transcoding - open to bidding

I will provide a development environment on bare metal with xenserver 6.5. One VM will run glusterfs, which will create a distributed file system on which you will create docker + swarm vm's. I need you to create a prototype system that delivers linear scale for distributed video transcoding. By this I mean, if one VM/Server requires 20 minutes to transcode a video, I want it reduced to 2 minutes using 10 servers. I can provide sysadmin support, and ffmpeg support. I need you to take care of the distribution. Upon completion of a successful prototype, we will move forward developing an application as a service, distributed across dozens to hundreds of machines. This is a long term project, that possibly will compensate you fully for 100% of your time.
