Interior design software to add images to a wall and change shape of images

We need someone to make a software package that will allow our customers to personally design their own wall hangings to be hung in their house. Interface: Mac preferred but Windows is also ok Software Design: There are two aspects for the software to cover. First, through the touch screen, we will have our own pictures (photographs) and will need the ability to select one of several stock images. This picture is then placed onto one of many pre-made shapes that are available. These shapes have 1 to 8 or more panels of various shapes and sizes (circular, triangular, irregular, etc...) onto which the single selected picture must be scaled and placed. This completed design must then be scaled and placed on another picture which is of different rooms in a home (living room, bedroom, bathroom, etc...) that can be selected by the customer for viewing. Second, through the touch screen, the customer should be able to create any type of shapes they wish. This is the same as the first aspect, except all pre-made shapes can be modified and the customer should have the complete freedom to create any shapes they wish. The single selected picture will then be placed on the customer created shapes, scaled and placed on another picture of a wall of different rooms of a home for viewing. The goal is to have a flexible system of creative design that the customer can use. The UI must be simple and intuitive, that allows great freedom.
