High Level:

We'd like to a messaging component on a record in Communities for our external users to communicate with a specific set of our internal users based on profile.

We have records of items we sale and a few of their details that we expose to our customers via communities. On those record themselves, we want our customers to be able to message a select set of our employees (internal Salesforce Users) if they are interested in purchasing the item/have a question/etc.
