Expand the existing software as follows: 1) Add bing maps wpf control 2) Read multi polygon shape file (A) of admin zones and draw on bing maps 3) Add listbox with different admin zones, highlight admin zones chosen (an admin zone may have more than one polygon) 4) Read an attribute file - either raster file (B) or shapefile with isolines (C) and draw (on the same projection, of course) 5) The software will divide admin zone (with all it's polygons) as follows 6.1) If it's a raster (B): the user will divide the attribute values on B into ranges. The software will make a table with admin zone names as rows and attribute ranges as columns. Each area will count how many values in each range are in that admin zone/what percentage it is. 6.2) If it's a shapefille with isolines (C) the program will see what percentage of each admin zone (all its polygons) is overlapped with an area of the isolines and make a table table with admin zone names as rows and isoline values as columns. Each cell will show what percentage of the surface area of one admin zone is in that isoline value.
