I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++ I would like to have an excel file, which I provide, being modfiied in a different format like for example this [login to view URL] (but than in the color blue instead of pink). So clients can put the file on their desktop. The attached excel file has two sheets, one for input the other one for output. Clients of mine have this file on their desktop to make a simple calculation. Now I want to change the look and feel of this. A little more professional. In excel that is impossible, no mather how you change it, it still look like excel. In th elink I sent you there is a look n feel that I like.
