Description: We are looking for an adviser that has experience in scaling a web application to support 100k+ simultaneous users. You must be ready to begin advising asap up to mid-December Qualifications: # Previous experience scaling a complex web application to support 100k+ simultaneous users # Extensive knowledge of Amazon AWS # Knowledge of applications using stacks including RoR, MySQL, AngularJS Job description: - Suggest overall structure integrity that we can improve - Advise on Elastic Beanstalk scaling settings - Advise on DB setup to be able to handle scaling - Advise on bottlenecks experienced during load testing ---- We have a JMeter load testing simulation setup -Possibly create a front-end user simulation with simultaneous users ---- Or, advise on tools which could simulate real-time simultaneous users traffic as closely as possible - Look through logs for anything that would become a bottleneck ---- Or possibly just advise on what you see as red flags - Communication will be done via Skype/Slack/Email Technology Stack: RoR, MySQL, AngularJS Please mention "Quest" in response to show you have read the description.
