I'm looking to have a simple system in place that recognises social #tags that are specific to my company and is able to automatically send through (@ reference them, Direct reply or private message) information to the individual that #tagged the word. e.g. Client (Sam): "OG goodness this photo looks so cool #monig8" US: "Hey @Sam! We think your photo is awesome too. Check out our latest range of cool things ..." Focus would be around Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
