Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using Metatrader. My requirements: Open contract: - if the price cross the MA line from down to up and the next candle is above the MA open buy . - if the price cross the MA line from up to down and the next candle is below the MA line open sell. - need to add condition for RSI to open buy below certain point (paramter). - add condition for RSI to open sell above certain point (paramter) Calculate lot size: - need to calculate the size of contract with this formula : Maximum lots can open / divde factor = lot size Divide factor should be in the paramter. - or fixed lot size in paramter. Close contract: - triling Close when return to profit. - telling Close after number of pips from paramter. - add fixed sl paramter. -add so when cross MA General: -need to send email when open contract. -option to not trade before holidays.
