Hi there thanks for posting this challenge. I am a Canadian industrial designer, who has over 30 years design experience. I have worked over 15 years as a mold designer, and I can draw you mold for you. I first would need your part(s) in a format other than STL. I don't need your previous mold models in STL they are un-useable in solidworks, I need the part model and will need to a draft analysis and check your part for feasibility and make recommendations+ design concessions in a PDF document. 4 hours. If the part is feasible I will design the mold in how ever many cavities you wish. I am an expert at mold design but I do need the actual part file in STEP/ IGES formats to move to the first step. Once we have determined the part can be molded and ejected (feasibility) from the tool, I can design the mold to do it in 1 week. I use all standard catalogue parts. I will deliver a package of 2D drawings and 3d models of the tool and all parts plus a full parts list. It should only take 40 hours to complete the mold design once I have the manufacturable part model from you. Thank you Michael A
