Dear Sir, I am having vast experience in such sql agent job. I would like to propose you a console application which will be executed by sql agent (hidden) and that application will send emails to users/emails from database and will merge content into existing email template (html/plain). It will be like mail merge. It will pick html template and place db content into that as configured in html template (same as mail merge) . Hope you like my idea and allow me to work on this project.
