Project requires extensive knowledge of SQL and database operations. We need to import a database into SQL that has over 200 million records with a lot of fields. We are unsure of the type of data file(s) we will receive, so bidder must have a wide range of knowledge of database importing experience. Bidder must also have experience with server resource management to help understand what CPU and storage specs of a server is best suited for this database/project. Database must be implemented with efficiency in mind. Side Note: A web application will be built so that end-users can query the database and export data via csv/excel, this web application is NOT part of this project.

I've done pretty big database conversions, up to 1 million customers in the db. and a millions of transactions with that. I've also have experience with receiving just the database and not seeing the system behind it. A budget of 250 dollar is really low budget for a 200 million records database import. Also i've a pretty long deliver in days, people that claim to be able todo this fast , probably haven't accounted for the time to actually import 200 million records. Just running a written import takes 24 hours alone. best regards, Wiebren
