Ensure a programming team for on-time deliver best value and high-quality service. 2. Provide support on Lead Programmers to help monitor project resourcing, project budgets, and identify changes in scope. 3. Provide relevant technical training and/or mentoring for staff to assist them in resolution of problems encountered in the conduct of their daily work. 4. Contribute to and implement a strategy for the structure and development of a statistical programming team. 5. Provide leadership and team building capabilities to manage the performance and development of a statistical programming team in order to achieve departmental short-term and long-term goals and objectives. 6. Resource planning, including monitoring and scheduling the workload of a statistical programming team. 7. Manage the recruitment process for new statistical programming team members. 8. Manage the annual salary planning for a statistical programming team in line with director. 9. Regularly review the process, define the gaps in the process, develop and deploy appropriate procedures. 10. Proactively participate in and/or lead process/quality improvement initiatives. 11. Attend (as appropriate) client meetings including, but not limited to, progress reviews, key milestones discussions, bid defenses, blind data review meetings, etc. 12. Represent company at internal and external audits and regulatory inspections, as required. 13. Ensure all activities are in accordance with internal and external quality standards, SOPs/WIs, ICH-GCP and/or any other applicable local and international regulations, guidelines and industry standards. 14. Perform other duties as required.
