Cpanel Help needed by good administrator who can fix why its hanging

Hello We have a VPS server with some issues. It seems to be up and running but I cannot access via whm/root. It seems its using up all the memory but not sure why its doing it. I need someone to take alook and monitor for a while until the workload starts to get high again and then pinpoint the problem so we can try to get in there and fix it or suspend the user until it is fixed. We are looking for quick fix in the first instance and happy to pay upto $20 for the work. If you think you are upto the challenge and are good at cpanel then bid.
