Remote assistance on SBS2011 OWA/ VPN sstp tunnel not working

Hi, I have a windows Small business server 2011. The problem I'm having is when remote access is allowed via VPN then OWA doesn't work anymore. When I disable the sstp (secure socket tunneling protoclo) then OWA works 100% again. But no VPN I need both on this server. I need OWA and VPN to work. (pptp) so sstp is not needed but this seems to create the problem. Anyone who can login via teamviewer on my computer to look what the problem might be?
