We are an eCommerce company registered in the United States and we are in need of a call assistant/operator who can handle the task of requesting brand authorization and supplier details. Specific tasks for the call assistant/operator include: - Requesting brand authorization from various brands which list will be provided by us - Gathering supplier details from different suppliers We prefer the freelancer to handle calls freely, without the need for a script or guidelines. The anticipated working hours for the call assistant/operator is between 10-20 hours per week.
