Customer Sales Associate
$2-8 USD / hour
The Customer Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing customer B2B or B2C experience; The Customer Sales Associate also answers the telephone and helps maintain and organize customer files, store records and promotional materials; ensures showroom appearance meets company standards; participates in outbound telemarketing to existing and potential customers.
Job Duties:
Acquire and Maintain Customers
Clerical functions, including but not limited to office management and file maintenance
Inbound/Outbound sales calls
Maintain a professional appearance over the phone.
Maintains call etiquette
Resolves customer service concerns as they arise
Responsible for answering phones
All other duties deemed necessary for effective store management
Assist Credit Manager with collection calls
Required Skills:
Answer telephone to company standards; must be able to communicate company products and programs to potential customers over telephone and in-person
Build and maintain files to company standards and policy
Intermediate math skills
Excellent phone skills
Must be able to explain product features and benefits
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in person and over the phone with employees and customers
Must be organized
