Looking for a sales rep (commission based)

Looking for a sales rep to do cold calling mainly based on commisions for a social media agency. Can pay a small base salary, however, most of earnings will be made from 30% of commision with every sale you make. Minumum sales start from $500/per sale, meaning if you manage to sell the basic package for $500, you will make $150. If you manage to upsell my social media services for $1000, you'll get $300, and so on... Looking for someone to work about 8 hours a week. Someone who knows how to make a return on investment and is confident in making a sale in the first month. Recommedations and testimonials are welcomed.
