Firstly to tell you a little bit about myself. I have worked in sales since leaving education which I dont like to admit is 15 years ago! I have worked in double glazing (during the boom) and was at British Gas as Stand Manager when the market opened up and have sold numerous amounts of different advertising. I have been freelancing now for the last 4 years. I have worked on both B2B and B2C in a diverse range of industries including IT, training, marketing, hospitality and advertising to mention just a few, I work in a consultive nature and strongly believe that telesales is not a numbers game and each call requires skill and attention.
