Hi Vinay, It is on the initial stages. The product is based on most recent inventions in real - time indoor and outdoor location tracking and identification including Radio Frequency, RFID (Radio frequency identification), IR, UWD, and cloud solutions. Basically tracking your customers in real-time. There are several in USA who are doing this in malls. Is it doable? what would be your rough cost and time for testing and Q&A for something similar? I think that for this project, you need an experienced, patient and hardworking person who knows how to manually test an entire product. In my opinion for this kind of product an automatic Q&A testing is not same efficiently as a manual one because of few particularly reasons.
