3DS Max Modeling and Rendering

Hello, I am a student getting ready for my Thesis presentation and I need some help with completing a 3ds Max space. I have done most of the modeling but my space has a lot of curves and complicated architectural features, so I need somebody with experience to help me finish the objects I don't know how to create. I would also like help with finishes and lighting so I can get several realistic shots of each space (3 floors total) and if the time and budget allows, maybe an animated walk through. I am attaching the 3DS file of what I have done so far, which is most of the first floor and the balcony of the second floor. The third floor will have a balcony as well which suppose to be wrapped in glass, I am attaching a hand drawing of the initial concept so you can get a better idea of how the space is supposed to look like. Some things have changed though, like the columns, the stairs and the pattern in the glass for the third floor. That glass is actually the main thing I need help with, it suppose to be curved and have a intricate pattern (I am attaching a picture that shows the pattern, but the glass will be actually clear, no tint). I am still working on the model, so this has to be a somewhat collaborative effort. Maybe you can make the glass in a separate file and I can add it to my scene, and once I am done placing all the objects I can send you the file and the materials and you can add finishes and lighting? I am open to suggestions... As most students, I have a very thigh budget and the final rendering has to be done before April 27th.
