Do some 3D Modelling

I need an experienced 3D character modeller to model and rig little girl character (reference will be given in form of photos) The model should be created using Autodesk Maya (I use Maya 2016 Ext 2) Quality should be like [login to view URL] I have the exact files and will give you upon starting the project to be used as quality reference in short, the model will need to be: ======================================================================== Clean topology based on quads (ready to be animated / no messed up topology) Completely UV Unwrapped Model group material and textured have clear name Hair using maya hair system Texture for face body and cloth minimum 2048x2048 Should using Arnold SSS shader and material Complete Body and Face Rig with clear controller (such as the sample files) Rendered using Arnold Renderer for Maya (Just copy the render setting of sample files) ======================================================================== The sample character (turbosquid file) is a little girl aged 5-10. The character you need to create is a little girl aged 2-5 (refence photo will be given) NOTE: You need to use Arnold render and shader.
