3D artist in architectural design, real estate modeling

Hi, we are looking for a 3D designer doing some high end architectural modeling and rendering for us. We are a company from Germany doing real investment developing and building. An we are looking for freelancer to work together with on long term. We are having a project every 2-3 month so if you are a super talented architectural designer and good in communication feel free to apply. Tasks - 3D Architectural Design and Layout Planning - Converting 2D CAD plans to 3D models of photorealistic rendered images Skills - good English Skills (especially speaking and understanding requirements) - Experience in 2D graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Experience in 3D product design (photorealistic modeling and rendering —> 3Ds Max, 3D Maya) Personality - highly self-motivated and good in communication - 100 % availability and honesty - very creative and able to develop own great ideas of creating most beautiful designs Since we don't have time to explain everything several times you should be self driven and picking up quickly. For project number one please find files attached. We already have 3D images, but in very basic quality. Project aim is to make these pictures photorealistc, professional and beautiful looking. We need those images to apply for a project at the governmental office. Please make all 12 pictures in same angle as they are provided but in photorealistic manner!
