Hello. Can you provide more information about the model (how many components will be there, what kind of, can you give me the main measurements). Right now it's difficult to understand what time will be needed to finish the project. After that, I'll be able to tell the right price and deadline. I can make model in SolidWorks 2016 and then import it im whatever format you'll need (for 3D printing as example), the construction tree will be clear and easy to understand. Also i can render the model if you need it. I have a huge experience in 3D modeling (almost 7 years), you can check some of my models in my portfolio.
