I have approximately 120 short recipes that I require to be cleaned, rewritten and formatted.
The average recipe is approximately 150 - 200 words in length, however the main requirement for rewriting is the description and method, which is rarely longer than 100 words and most are much shorter. Ingredients and title, whilst still requiring some level of rewriting, are by the nature quite difficult to rewrite properly and I would like to maintain quality.
## Deliverables
The project is split into 9 pairs of files each containing a set of recipes. Each pair consists of a PDF of an original book scan and and an OCR interpretation (in docx format) of the content. It is this OCR content that requires cleaning, formatting and rewriting. I have provided the PDF to help in case the OCR scan hasn't been fully accurate.
The standard of English and the quality of the rewrite and clean up is paramount. This must be presentable to a highly discerning audience.
