I need my forum.

to be upgraded to the latest version of phpbb3
my forum is currently on phpbb2.
i want all the new features that come with phpbb3 and basically the problem is that when i upgrade i will lose my forum layout and look.
so i want you to upgrade my forum and make it look the same as it is now,
I don't want to pay that much for it as ive already spent money on it.
i will not release any funds until iam 100% happy with it.
