Develop a custom AI using Unity or UE4

Here is what I'm thinking: Setup a multi-player game that will be used in two ways. 1) to capture and retain detailed technical content 2) to create an experience for others to experience that technical content as applied to a greater and integrating vision. The UE4 engine has such rich graphics and animation capabilities and I want to apply those to presenting future facing concepts (instead of powerpoint or full-scene animations as I have been doing). For now, I'll try to give an example that is somewhat parallel in concept; Imagine we (you and I) are a firm that is hired to help entrepreneurs pitch their products and product concepts to potential investors (similar to shark tank). This (game) would be a tool the we could use to build 3D interactive experiences for the investors on behalf of our customers (the entrepreneurs).
