I am looking for a program very small application that can install in moments to users computer...undetectable which will redirect users to a specific website when they type a URL in the URL bar which is not currently directed anywhere! I may have other requirements as project progresses...I am not looking to in anyway hijack the users Internet Experience nor the websites they view ... only those sites which are not currently directed anywhere...
