[login to view URL] I know the website does not look perfect as I built it myself using Wordpress *The customer can upload his passport copy and add his details and his airline membership number and other info maybe his family members passports that can be stored for his quick future booking. (so first time registration should be quick maybe just a mobile number entry and OTP and his account is up to minimize friction and then he can go back and update his details). *The customer can click one button to move to chat for any support and automatically the message is populated with a text of his existing booking so that the agent can support him promptly. *Moreover, payment gateway integration can be added and wallet support and apple pay, Visa, Mastercard so simulate from packages until payment and other screens of upcoming, recent etc, *The customer can mention his feedback after the trip and all those info is saved in his account as well and added to the package review. ***The supported languages should be Arabic and English. I believe that you already know that Arabic is RTL Right to left so the design can reflect that for the Arabic version. Important additional features : * loyalty points based on customer historical bookings. (you can be creative in design) * Details of the following countries travelled, date, points earned, tier, profile picture, etc.(be creative here) * User can see summary of his points and tier and upcoming (including knowing requirements before the trip) and recent trips. * (World Map) where user sees the world map with gray version and only countries travelled have a different color, also color depends on how many times visited.
