Lead UX Strategist

I am urgently looking for an experienced Lead UX Strategist. Deliverables: • Comprehensive UX research report with insights from discovery activities. • Visual representations of information architecture and data flow diagram for system structure. • High-level wireframes serving as blueprints for visual design. • Documented product experience enhancement suggestions. • Periodic status update reports on project progress and findings. • Complete project documentation encompassing all research, designs, and decisions. Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of professional UX experience with a lead role in projects. • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and guiding projects. • Bachelor's or Master's in UX Design, HCI, or related field • Mastery of latest UX tools and methodologies. • Exceptional communication skills; able to convey complex design concepts. • Adaptability in dynamic environments and ambiguous situations. • Willingness to travel and work on-site in Fort Wayne. • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and impact.
