I am looking for the very top experts in cell video enhancement and analysis. The goal is to take one specific 43 second cell video (from a Samsung S21) and enhance it to the very best quality possible. The finished product/s should be in various formats such as best for viewing and perhaps a different one for email purposes. I'm also looking to analyze and highlight various parts of the video. This video was taken indoors in a dark surrounding. The video has already been analyzed with some minor enhancement successes by a few freelancers found via this similar avenue online.
