Time Lapse of Marquee Event Video

Hello We are a Catering & Events company based in Perth, Western Australia. We are looking for someone to create a time lapse video of our large marquee functions hosted on Perth's river foreshore. The goal being to showcase Ultimo as a large scale event caterer. Illustrate this by wide angle shots of the foreshore site and the marquee being built, flowing into a function with guests arriving and the the function in full swing. The video will need to showcase 2 components: 1. The initial set up of the marquee and function site (which starts on Tuesday 22nd November - Friday 28th November). This would involve calling in at various times to ensure you get enough footage of the set up etc. 2. Our biggest function is on December 20th - the duration of the function from guests arriving until near the end is aprox 5-6 hours. Other points to be highlighted: The location - flexibility of a marquee ensures great location (with views) The size - not constrained by venue restrictions The food - Ultimo are primarily a caterer.
