Video Sports Games (Roster Management)

I want to develop a database for a website that allows users to access player rosters for Madden football (Videogame) and other games.. It should be form driven with an easy interface for administrators to update (web based form) and mass import rosters (csv).. Then allow users to query the rosters for the best, fastest players ect. If should be easily configurable to adapt to different sports and changes in the game. It should be easily intergrated into a Vbulletin site and message board.
