Expert Virtual Assistant Needed drafting contracts and demands

I am in need of a dedicated virtual assistant skilled at managing my inbox, scheduling appointments and entering data. In particular, I need someone who can:
- Manage my emails: Timely response and organization of my inbox is important to keep everything running smoothly.
- Schedule appointments: I need a virtual assistant who has exceptional attention to detail to ensure that all meetings are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
- Undertake data entry tasks: Accuracy and efficiency are key in maintaining my databases.
You will be required to work for more than 20 hours per week, so flexibility is also a must have. As an expert in these tasks, you should have:
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy to ensure efficient data entry and appointment scheduling.
- Excellent organization skills for proper email management.
- Patience and excellent communication skills as interaction with various stakeholders might be needed.
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant is preferred, as I require expert level proficiency in these tasks.
