NOTE: You must submit a proposal for this job addressing the details I ask for in this ad, or your application will not be considered. I require an experienced and organised virtual PA and bookkeeper to help keep me and my business organised. In your proposal, please tell me about your experience in virtual assistant work (I don't want to know about your web scraping). Please tell me if you have any accounting or bookkeeping experience. I need someone who can start immediately, work 15+ hours per week, and is available for ongoing work if their initial work is good. You must be organised, good at administration, have great attention to detail, and be able to understand and follow English instructions meticulously. There will be a short assessment exercise messaged to preferred candidates to test your abilities.

It is important to note that having worked for a company in New York for more than two years as Accounts Receivable Supervisor, qualifies me to handle this task very successfully. I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available.
