Database Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive database of live music venues that accept indie music submissions, categorizing them by location and preferences. Email Outreach: Send personalized emails (10-40 per day) to venues and festivals, showcasing the band's portfolio and availability. Maintain a record of all email communications, including the date of contact, responses received, and follow-up plans. Press Releases: Assist in the creation of compelling press releases highlighting the band's achievements, news, and upcoming events. Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in email outreach and follow-up. Familiarity with the indie music scene is a plus. Excellent writing skills for crafting effective pitches and press releases. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Previous experience in music promotion or artist management is advantageous.
