I have handled different types of accounts, such as financial technology, healthcare, and technical support campaigns, respectively. Most of my tasks involved responding to inbound calls and emails from customers. I can proudly say that my previous job working as an agent provided me with the ideal experience for the position that you offer. While I am comfortable with several types of CRM, including Gorgias and Connective, the CRM tool I have the most hands-on experience working with is Zendesk. Because Zendesk was the first CRM tool I used, I have used it in my first and second jobs as a customer service representative. I'm also proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
