I am in need of a virtual assistant who can help me. Before I award you I would like to have a skype, or zoom, or other virtual meeting so I can be certain we can communicate together. Please be able to have a meeting with me. The ideal candidate should have some expertise in managing Office 365 files and documents. The tasks may include organizing data, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and conducting research and analysis. The virtual assistant should be able to work independently and be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must. Virtual assistant needed until 2023, August 12. Expecting to need 2-4 hours 2 times a week for a total of about 8 hours a week. Then it may go up if things get busy. I am asking for 12-14 hour completions / turn around on requests. If that is not possible please discuss it with me. I will provide a user and license in Microsoft 365. You will need to use and be able to handle Excel and powerpoint work and use Microsoft Office 356, Microsoft includes language packs you may use them for your ease. You must know and understand English very well as I will only be able to communicate and correspond in English. This is also important because I will need help with proof reading, and editing, writing and refining documents. I expect help with data entry, internet research, general research, emailing, email services, consolidating information in an email so I can get to the important points quickly and move forward, administrative support, scheduling, proofreading, occasional help with travel arrangements, fact finding, proofing documents, editing documents, refining and improving document content. I will also need help with presentations look and feel, layout, and messaging. Power point and understanding how to make a deck are helpful. I would like an update a minimum of twice a week on where tasks stand open / closed Calendar Management & Scheduling • Clear Calendar in Emergencies and Notify Everyone • Create / Edit Appointments on Calendar • Setup Daily Itineraries with Actionable Items for a day or the next day • Correspond with people/team to coordinate weekly meetings Email Management / Inbox Organization / Inbox • Checking and Responding to Emails • Inbox Management • Maintain mailbox folders Document Creation/ Spreadsheets • Formatting / Editing / Management of Spreadsheets • Compile information into spreadsheet • Format spreadsheet into clean, easy-to-read format Travel Management Assistance • Help Book Flights • Help with Reserve Rental Car or Schedule Car Service Pickup • Help with Hotel Bookings Project & Task Management • Update Report on Status of Projects • Data Entry Personal matters / Tasks • Creating a short list for items to purchase • Research • Find something on the internet You will use an email I provide to you to help me through multiple tasks and types of tasks. I need help keeping organized and reminders so matters do not become overdue. I will expect reminders via messenger to assure I complete the things on my calendar and to-do list.
